Create your account on the FunFox portal, add your child, choose a program and a class time that works for your family. The whole thing takes under five minutes. And your first class is completely free.

Every step is shown inside the portal with clear prompts. Here’s what to expect before you start.

Create your FunFox account
Head to portal.funfoxprogram.com.au and create your free account. Enter your name, email address and create a password. Takes under a minute.

Add your child’s details
Once your account is created, you’ll be prompted to add a child. Enter their name, date of birth and school year. If you have more than one child, you can add them all, each gets their own profile.

Select the program
Choose from Foundation Club, Writers Club, Readers Club or High School Literacy Club based on your child’s age and year group. Not sure which one? Select any and our team will guide you to the right fit in the trial class.

Choose the term
The portal shows the upcoming term. Select it to continue. Terms run across the school calendar, you’ll always be enrolling into the next available term.

Pick a class time
Available class times are shown based on your timezone, the portal auto-detects it or you can select manually. Choose the day and time that works for your family. All classes run live on Zoom.

Review your enrolment summary
Before paying, you’ll see a full summary of what you’ve selected your child’s name, the program, the term, the class time, and the cost. Review it and confirm everything looks right.

Complete payment
Pay securely through the portal. You can pay the full term ($495) or in monthly instalments ($165/month · 3 payments). A one-time $80 enrolment fee applies on first signup. Once payment is complete, your enrolment is confirmed.

Enrolment confirmed, you’re in
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and class schedule. Within 24 hours your child’s Learning Den login is sent. Your first class is ready. If you booked a free trial, no payment is taken, just show up and enjoy the class.

Yes, creating a free account on the portal is the first step. It takes under a minute. Once your account is created you can book a free trial or go straight into enrolment. Your account stores your child’s details and class history all in one place.
Yes. After adding your first child, you can add additional children to the same account. Each child gets their own profile, program selection and class schedule. A 10% sibling discount applies to the second child or second program.
Select the program closest to your child’s age and year group. If you’re genuinely unsure, book any free trial first, after the class your child’s teacher will recommend the best fit based on what they observed in the session.
The portal auto-detects your timezone from your device. You can also manually select your timezone if needed. All class times are then shown in your local time so there’s no confusion about when to show up.

Yes. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. FunFox does not store your card details. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email once payment is complete.
Yes. You can cancel before the next term begins with no penalty. There is no lock-in contract. The one-time $80 enrolment fee is non-refundable but you are never charged it again for subsequent terms.
